The firm is founded
Idania Orellana, José Landaverde and the late Óscar Díaz (d. 2015), all licensed public accountants, found Consultores Integrales, the origin of today’s DMA Business Group.
March 27, 2015
Authorization from the Oversight Board
The Public Accounting and Audit Oversight Board of El Salvador authorizes the firm under number 4889.
2017
Authorized by the Superintendency
The Superintendency of the Financial System authorizes us under registration AE-001-2017 to audit supervised entities and cooperative banks.
2019
Audit of banks and conglomerates
The Superintendency of the Financial System extends our authorization to audit banks and financial conglomerates.
January 21, 2020
Registration with the Ministry of Finance
The Ministry of Finance accredits us under registration 1350-2020 to issue compliance opinions under the International Services Law.
2021
DMA Business Group is born
Consultores Integrales becomes DMA Business Group, establishes itself in Houston, Texas, and opens its doors to the U.S. market with accounting and tax services.
May 2022
Expanding into legal services
We launch LegalShield (Multifirm S.A. de C.V.), a sister firm with three partner attorneys and notaries, to integrate legal advisory into our accounting and audit work.
October 2022
Members of INPACT International
We are accepted as members of INPACT International, the London-based global alliance of audit and consulting firms.
January 23, 2023
Foreign firm representation
The Oversight Board confirms the registration of our foreign firm representation, completing the brand license agreement with INPACT International.
2025
DMA Executive Education is born
We launch our education branch: the first academy in Latin America for the internationalization of professionals across all specialties, with a path into the U.S. market.
September 2026
Hosts of INPACT’s Latin American Congress
We welcome more than 25 partners from firms in 12 countries to San Salvador, at a congress that marked a milestone in the internationalization of the accounting industry.
